American Country Music group, Midland, will headline the Fourth Annual Way Out West Country Music Festival (WOW Fest) to be held on Saturday, October 12th at Southwest University Park. Now in its fourth year, El Paso’s country music festival will deliver an evening filled with several top country music acts to be announced throughout the year!
